Nowadays people who consume cigarette increase in a considerable way. Smoke is a common thing between young people and adults in many places of the city, especially in public places. Smoking should be banned in all of that public places because it affects to smokers and people around them.

To begin with, the smokers contaminate the environment that we breathe when we are near them; the environment is full of smoke and it can be harmful to persons with respiratory problems. According with some statistics elaborated by “EL TIEMPO” smoke particles do not disappear, simply they expand to the whole environment entering to the lungs of all the persons who live it.

On the other hand, the cigarette performs harmful to the health because a scientific study shows that cancer has increased in dizzy form. There are potential and passive smokers with problems in the lungs for this motive, because people can smoke in all places, there are no prohibitions with regard to the cigarette, which affects the health of the population.

However, according to the national constitution this would risk the free development on the smokers personality Through their freedom they can choose which way they want to lead their lives, assuming the consequences that this brings for them, that’s why it should be appropriate to design in every public space a specific smokers zone.

finally, the subject to smoking banned in all public places is something complicated to decide but, the important thing is that as much the smokers are the responsibility and must consider the people who are around to them.

Children in poverty make up thirty-nine percent of the population, and most of these children do not receive a good education because their parents cannot afford to send them to anything but a public school. This paper will discuss the education of children under twelve years of age who are in poverty, including programs offered to education children in poverty, how the government helps disadvantaged children, how the environment and ethnicity affect learning, and what can be done to help these children get a better education.

There are many programs out there may benefit the education of poor children. Right now, the Federal government provides some funds to educate children in the public school system only. Often times, parents in poverty do not like the level of education their child is receiving, and they want to have the government help them pay to send their children to a private school to get a better education. The Federal government does not provide any funding to educate poor children in private schools. So many parents are forming organizations that put pressure on their state’s government to provide funding. Researchers continue to press the case that inequalities in schools unfairly penalize those children who live in schools districts with little funding. They get their funding from the state of Wisconsin through grants. Another organization in Wisconsin that is fighting for education for children in poverty is Partners Advocating Values in Education. Schools often postpone repairs to buildings and even delay construction of new buildings to save money. EPIC is a resource that contains information about public, private and religious K-12 schools in Milwaukee. A major problem with the school districts right now is that they focus on the children who are of a high-SES. It is often used as a stronghold of basic skills.

The first major effect of Lack of education is that people does not develop their dimensions furthermore many things are difficult to people than don’t receive education, for example life abilities like lecture math that things have many effects, one of them is the acquisition of new jobs o employments

Another effect in a personal level, is that lack of education is an obstacle in order to the develop of social competences that are competences that help us to understand the other people, this must that socialization does not occur so there is no contact with other people; consequently this leaves bad interpersonal relations and those bad relations generate violence and intolerance towards the attitudes of others.

on the other hand at social level this lack of education brings with himself poverty illiteracy then every time is prepared people less and with less capacity to analyze to criticize and to reflect about the situations that spend day to day, there is less work in equipment, solidarity, generating this way a great social crisis, everything by the lack of education


To sum up lack of education generate: first individual problems but with time that problems can be social so all citizens should receive quality education in order to remove many violent acts that are in nowadays and this form have more children in the school that in the work.
